תקנון ותנאי הטורניר

1. כללי

טורניר כדורגל שולחן "Agadir Foosball Cup" (להלן: "הטורניר") נערך על ידי פרסליה בע"מ, ח.פ. 512190760, מרח׳ נחלת בנימין 2, תל אביב-יפו (להלן: "המפעילה"). עצם ההשתתפות בטורניר ו/או ההרשמה באתר מהווים הסכמה מלאה לתקנון זה ולמדיניות הפרטיות. בכל מקום של סתירה בין התקנון לבין פרסום אחר — יגבר התקנון, בכפוף לדין מחייב.

2. הגדרות

• קבוצה = זוג שני שחקנים. ההרשמה היא בזוג ובאחריות נציג הקבוצה ("הקפטן") המחובר בחשבון Google.
• ניתן להירשם למשחק אחד ביום לכל קבוצה.
• ההשתתפות מותנית בהזמנת ארוחה במסעדה. הזמנת השולחן מתבצעת ידנית על ידי מנהל המסעדה.
• בביקור הראשון של הקבוצה בטורניר — הקבוצה זכאית למנת כנפיים אחת או קנקן בירה אחד (לבחירת הקבוצה, בכפוף לזמינות). פעם אחת לכל קבוצה בטורניר — ביקורים נוספים אינם כלולים.
• שולחן אחד בכל מסעדה. המשחקים מתקיימים במשבצות של 15 דקות בין 19:00 ל-22:00 (4 משחקים בשעה). כל משבצת מיועדת לשני זוגות (זוג מול זוג); משנרשמו שני זוגות המשבצת מלאה.
• כל משחק מתנהל עד 10 גולים. כל ניצחון = נקודה אחת.
• הניקוד מצטבר לאורך כל הטורניר ובכל המסעדות המשתתפות. שובר שוויון: הפרש שערים, ואז מספר משחקים נמוך יותר.

3. תקופת הטורניר והמסעדות

הטורניר יתקיים בין 11.6.2026 ל-19.7.2026 (במקביל למונדיאל 2026), מדי ערב 19:00–22:00, במסעדות המשתתפות: חיפה, הוד השרון, נמל תל אביב, נחלת בנימין, ראשון לציון ואילת. המפעילה רשאית לשנות שעות/מסעדות/מועדים מטעמים תפעוליים.

4. זכייה וגמר

4 הקבוצות בעלות הניקוד המצטבר הגבוה ביותר יוזמנו לערב הגמר ביום האחרון של המונדיאל (19.7.2026) במסעדת נחלת בנימין, כולל שולחן חגיגי והארוחה על המפעילה. ערב הגמר יתנהל במתכונת נוקאאוט: הגרלה תשבץ את 4 הקבוצות לשני משחקי חצי-גמר; שתי הקבוצות המנצחות יעלו למשחק הגמר. הקבוצה שתנצח במשחק הגמר תוכרז כזוכה ותקבל את הפרס. הכרעות צוות המסעדה והמפעילה הן סופיות.

5. הפרס

פרס ראשי (כלל-רשתי): חוויית פוד טראק של אגאדיר לאירוע פרטי של הזוכה, עבור עד 100 אורחים (להלן: "הפרס"). הפרס כפוף לתיאום מראש ולזמינות, מוגבל לשטח מדינת ישראל, אינו ניתן להמרה בכסף או להעברה, ויש לממשו תוך 6 חודשים ממועד ההכרזה על הזוכה, בכפוף לאישור המפעילה ולתיאום מראש. תכולת הפרס, התפריט, ההיקף והאזורים הגיאוגרפיים ייקבעו על ידי המפעילה ויפורטו לזוכה בכתב. עלויות שאינן כלולות במפורש (למשל היתרים, מקום האירוע) יחולו על הזוכה.

פרס אלופי המסעדה: בנוסף לפרס הראשי, הקבוצה בעלת הניקוד המצטבר הגבוה ביותר בכל מסעדה משתתפת תזכה במיני מקרר Carlsberg מלא בבירה. הפרס יוענק לקפטן הקבוצה בסיום הטורניר; פרס אחד לכל מסעדה, לא ניתן להעברה ולא ניתן להמרה לכסף. בכל מקרה של תיקו בניקוד, ההכרעה תיעשה לפי כללי שובר השוויון בסעיף 2.

6. כשירות

ההשתתפות מותרת מגיל 18 ומעלה. עובדי המפעילה, ספקיה ובני משפחותיהם אינם רשאים לזכות בפרס. המפעילה רשאית לפסול משתתף/קבוצה בגין רמאות, התנהגות לא ספורטיבית, פרטים כוזבים או הפרת תקנון.

7. תחרות מיומנות (לא הגרלה)

הטורניר הוא תחרות מבוססת מיומנות ואינו הגרלה או משחק מזל. הזכייה נקבעת לפי ביצועים בלבד.

8. אחריות

ההשתתפות על אחריות המשתתפים. בכפוף לכל דין, המפעילה לא תישא באחריות לנזק ישיר/עקיף הנובע מההשתתפות, מהפרס או מהשימוש באתר, והאתר/הטורניר מסופקים כמות שהם (AS IS).

9. פרסום

הזוכים מסכימים לפרסום שמות הקבוצה ותמונות/וידאו מהטורניר ומאירוע הפרס לצרכים שיווקיים של אגאדיר, ללא תמורה, אלא אם הודיעו אחרת בכתב מראש.

10. דין וסמכות שיפוט

על תקנון זה יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל. סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים במחוז תל אביב.

Tournament Terms & Rules

1. General

The "Agadir Foosball Cup" foosball tournament (the "Tournament") is run by Perslya Ltd. (פרסליה בע"מ), company no. 512190760, of Nahalat Binyamin 2, Tel Aviv-Yafo (the "Operator"). Participating in the Tournament and/or registering on the site constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. In any conflict between these Terms and other materials, these Terms prevail, subject to mandatory law.

2. Definitions

• A team = a pair of two players. Registration is by the team captain, signed in with a Google account.
• One game registration per team per day.
• Participation requires ordering a meal. The table reservation is made manually by the restaurant manager.
• On the team's first reservation in the Tournament, the team is entitled to one wings dish or one beer pitcher (team's choice, subject to availability). Once per team, per Tournament — subsequent visits are not included.
• One table per restaurant. Games run in 15-minute slots between 19:00 and 22:00 (4 games per hour). Each slot holds two pairs (pair vs pair); once both have registered the slot is full.
• Every match is played to 10 goals. Each win = 1 point.
• Points accumulate across the whole Tournament and all participating restaurants. Tie-breakers: goal difference, then fewer games played.

3. Tournament period & restaurants

The Tournament runs Jun 11, 2026 – Jul 19, 2026 (alongside World Cup 2026), nightly 19:00–22:00, at the participating restaurants: Haifa, Hod HaSharon, Tel Aviv Port, Nahalat Binyamin, Rishon LeZion and Eilat. The Operator may change hours/restaurants/dates for operational reasons.

4. Winning & the final

The 4 teams with the highest cumulative points are invited to the final night on the World Cup's last day (Jul 19, 2026) at the Nahalat Binyamin restaurant, including a festive table with the meal on the Operator. The final night runs as a knock-out bracket: a lottery seeds the 4 teams into two semifinals; the two semifinal winners advance to the final. The team that wins the final is declared the champion and is awarded the Prize. Decisions of restaurant staff and the Operator are final.

5. The Prize

Grand prize (network-wide): an Agadir food-truck experience for the winner's private event, for up to 100 guests (the "Prize"). The Prize is subject to advance scheduling and availability, limited to the territory of the State of Israel, non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and must be redeemed within 6 months of the winner being announced, subject to the Operator's approval and advance scheduling. Prize contents, menu, scope and geographic area are set by the Operator and provided to the winner in writing. Costs not expressly included (e.g., permits, venue) are the winner's responsibility.

Restaurant champions' prize: in addition to the Grand Prize, the team with the highest cumulative points at each participating restaurant wins a mini Carlsberg fridge stocked with beer. The restaurant prize is awarded to the team captain at the end of the Tournament; one prize per restaurant, non-transferable, no cash alternative. Ties are broken per the tie-breaker rules in section 2.

6. Eligibility

Participation is open to ages 18+. Employees of the Operator, its suppliers and their family members may not win the Prize. The Operator may disqualify any participant/team for cheating, unsporting conduct, false details or breach of these Terms.

7. Skill competition (not a lottery)

The Tournament is a skill-based competition and is not a lottery or game of chance. Winning is determined solely by performance.

8. Liability

Participation is at participants' own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any direct/indirect damage arising from participation, the Prize, or use of the site, and the site and the Tournament are provided "AS IS".

9. Publicity

Winners consent to publication of team names and photos/video from the Tournament and the prize event for Agadir marketing purposes, without compensation, unless they notify otherwise in writing in advance.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv District.
