חברת פרסליה בע"מ, ח.פ. 512190760, שכתובתה היא נחלת בנימין 2, תל אביב-יפו ("החברה") מפעילה את אתר טורניר כדורגל השולחן של אגאדיר, בכתובת: agadir.web.app ("האתר"). מדיניות פרטיות זו תפרט על האופן שבו החברה תעבד מידע במסגרת תפעול האתר.
לניהול ההרשמה והטורניר, תיאום הזמנת השולחן/הארוחה, יצירת קשר בנוגע למשחקים והפרס, ניהול טבלת התוצאות, והכרזת הזוכים. כמו כן, נשתמש במידע למטרות אבטחת מידע, התגוננות מתביעות משפטיות ובהתאם לדרישת רשות מוסמכת.
מספרי הטלפון והשמות שיוזנו במסגרת ההרשמה לטורנירים השונים יהיו נגישים לצפייה אך ורק לחברה ולמנהלי המסעדות של אגאדיר שמשתתפות בטורניר. משתתפים אחרים אינם רואים מי נרשם — הם רואים רק אם משבצת תפוסה. ספק תשתית: Google Firebase / Google Cloud (כמעבד מידע).
יתכן שנעביר את המידע לצדדים שלישיים (בארץ ובחו"ל, כולל במדינות שבהן רמת ההגנה על הפרטיות פחותה מזו שקבועה בישראל), כמו ספקים של החברה שנותנים לה שירותים שונים, כמו למשל ספקי שירות מחשוב ענן (Google Cloud) — Google Firebase / Google Cloud.
בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א-1981, יש לכם זכות לעיין במידע, לתקנו ובמקרים מסויימים גם לבקש את מחיקתו. פניות בנושא זה יש להעביר בכתב לכתובת info@agadir.co.il. יתכן שתתבקש למסור פרטים מזהים כדי שהחברה תוכל לטפל בפנייתך.
השירות מיועד לגילאי 18 ומעלה.
אנו נוקטים אמצעי אבטחת מידע מקובלים, בהתאם לסוג המידע וסוג העיבוד. עם זאת, עדיין קיים סיכון של גישה בלתי מורשית למידע. החברה לא תהיה אחראית לנזק שייגרם עקב שימוש בלתי מורשה במידע כל עוד נקטה אמצעי אבטחת מידע סבירים ומקובלים בנסיבות העניין. גם עלייך לנקוט אמצעי אבטחת מידע, כמו למשל שימוש באמצעים נגד וירוסים, הימנעות משימוש ברשתות WiFi ציבוריות וכו'.
החברה רשאית לעדכן מדיניות זו מעת לעת; שינויים כאמור יחולו עלייך מיד עם פרסומם ולכן עלייך להתעדכן בהם. הגרסה העדכנית תהיה זמינה לך בעמוד זה.

Perslya Ltd. (פרסליה בע"מ), Israeli company no. 512190760, registered at Nahalat Binyamin 2, Tel Aviv-Yafo (the "Company"), operates the Agadir foosball tournament website at agadir.web.app (the "Site"). This privacy policy describes how the Company processes information in the course of operating the Site.
To manage registration and the Tournament, coordinate the table/meal reservation, contact you about games and the Prize, manage the leaderboard, and announce winners. We will also use the information for information security purposes, defense against legal claims, and as required by a competent authority.
The phone numbers and names entered during registration for the various tournaments will be accessible for viewing only by the Company and by the managers of the Agadir restaurants participating in the tournament. Other participants do not see who registered — they only see whether a slot is taken. Infrastructure provider: Google Firebase / Google Cloud (as a data processor).
We may transfer the information to third parties (in Israel and abroad, including countries where the level of privacy protection is lower than the level set in Israel), such as the Company's suppliers that provide it with various services — for example cloud computing service providers (Google Cloud): Google Firebase / Google Cloud.
In accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you have the right to access the information, correct it, and in certain cases also request its deletion. Inquiries on this matter should be sent in writing to info@agadir.co.il. You may be asked to provide identifying details so that the Company can handle your inquiry.
The service is intended for ages 18 and over.
We take customary information security measures, in accordance with the type of information and the type of processing. Nonetheless, there remains a risk of unauthorized access to the information. The Company will not be liable for damage caused by unauthorized use of the information so long as it has taken reasonable and customary information security measures under the circumstances. You should also take information security measures, such as using anti-virus tools, avoiding the use of public WiFi networks, etc.
The Company may update this policy from time to time; such changes will apply to you immediately upon their publication and you should therefore stay updated on them. The current version will be available to you on this page.
