הצהרת נגישות

אגאדיר רואה חשיבות עליונה בהנגשת השירות והאתר לאנשים עם מוגבלות, בהתאם לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ"ח-1998 ולתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013.

1. רמת ההנגשה

האתר תוכנן ופותח בהתאם לתקן הישראלי 5568 ברמת AA (המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.1 של ארגון W3C), בהיקף המתאים לאופי האתר ולמטרותיו.

2. אמצעי הנגישות באתר

בצד המסך מופיע תפריט נגישות צף (סמל אדם בעיגול כחול), המאפשר את הכלים הבאים:

• הגדלה / הקטנה / איפוס של גודל הטקסט
• ניגודיות גבוהה (שחור-לבן עם הדגשה צהובה לקישורים)
• תצוגה בגווני אפור
• הדגשת קישורים בקו תחתון
• החלפת גופן לגופן קריא (Arial)
• השהיית אנימציות
• איפוס כל ההגדרות

ההגדרות נשמרות מקומית בדפדפן ונשמרות בין דפי האתר.

3. תכונות נגישות מובנות

• האתר נבנה במבנה סמנטי תקני (כותרות h1–h3, רשימות, תוויות לטפסים).
• תמונות עם מטרה תקשורתית כוללות טקסט חלופי (alt).
• ניתן לנווט באתר באמצעות מקלדת בלבד; מיקוד נראה לעין (focus ring).
• שפה: עברית (RTL) ואנגלית (LTR), עם החלפה בכפתור בולט בכובע.
• טפסים מסומנים בתוויות מקושרות וכוללים הודעות שגיאה ברורות.
• צבעי המותג (אדום, נייבי, לבן) נבחרו לעמוד ביחס ניגודיות של 4.5:1 ומעלה לטקסט גוף.

4. סייגים ותכנים שאינם נגישים במלואם

על אף מאמצינו, ייתכן שיתגלו רכיבים שאינם נגישים במלואם — במיוחד תוכן צד-שלישי משובץ (כגון מפות, וידאו חיצוני, או רכיבים של גוגל לכניסה). אנו פועלים לתקן אותם ככל שניתן. אם נתקלתם בתוכן שאינו נגיש — נשמח לקבל פנייה.

Agadir is committed to making its website accessible to people with disabilities, in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (1998) and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations (2013).

1. Conformance level

This site was designed and built to Israeli Standard 5568, level AA (based on W3C WCAG 2.1), to the extent appropriate for the nature and purposes of the site.

2. Accessibility tools on the site

A floating accessibility menu (a wheelchair icon in a blue circle) sits at the edge of every page, offering:

• Increase / decrease / reset text size
• High contrast (black/white with yellow links)
• Greyscale view
• Underline all links
• Switch to a readable font (Arial)
• Pause animations
• Reset all accessibility settings

Settings are stored locally in the browser and persist across pages.

3. Built-in accessibility features

• Semantic HTML structure (h1–h3 headings, lists, labelled forms).
• Meaningful images include alt text.
• The site is keyboard-navigable; focus is visually indicated.
• Languages: Hebrew (RTL) and English (LTR), with a prominent toggle.
• Form inputs have associated labels and clear error messages.
• Brand colours (red, navy, white) chosen to meet 4.5:1 contrast for body text.

4. Limitations

Despite our efforts, some embedded third-party components (maps, external video, Google sign-in widgets) may not be fully accessible. We work on these as we can. If you find inaccessible content, please contact us.
